Officials from the Ministry of Commerce will brief journalists on China's efforts to advance opening-up to a higher level and promote high-quality development of commerce. They are Minister Zhong Shan, Vice Minister Wang Shouwen, who is also China's Deputy International Trade Representative, and Vice Minister Qian Keming.
