A large group of Hong Kong protesters is blocking the streets in Hong Kong's Causeway Bay in an unauthorized assembly. Some protesters held flags of the United States, the European Union and many others. Some clashed with the police, throwing bottles and other objects. The police held red banners to warn the protesters to leave and deployed tear gas. Several people were detained.
