We all have something we don't like to eat, such as carrots or spinach. But we force ourselves to eat them for health sake. This is the exact way this Yunnan snub-nosed monkey eats green plants.
The diet of the Yunnan snub-nosed monkeys consists of lichen and seasonal leaves. Scientifically, it's hard to know what they actually don't like to eat. Our interpretation of the pictures is not reliable, but at least we can find some common traits with our closest relative, the primates.
