Former FBI agent: Hong Kong police have the right to defend themselves

On October 1, a Hong Kong police officer fired a gunshot during an operation in Tsuen Wan as his life was threatened by violent protesters. An 18-year-old male protester was shot near the left shoulder and taken to the hospital while he remained conscious. Stephen Cutler, a former FBI agent, shared his views about the shooting incident in Hong Kong. He thinks police have the right to defend themselves or others against death or serious injury.
