'Bouquet of Tulips' finally 'blossom' at Petit Palais in Paris

Decidated to the victims of the Bataclan terrorist attacks, the sculpture "Bouquet of Tulips" was set up in Paris on October 4, 2019. /VCG Photo

It is made by world-famous artist Jeff Koons, who revealed at the inauguration ceremony that the piece of work was "a symbol of remembrance, optimism and healing," according to the New York Times. /VCG Photo

Standing 41 feet tall, the sculpture is made of bronze, aluminum and stainless steel. It took three years to finally arrive and echoes Pablo Picasso's "Bouquet of Peace" in 1958. /VCG Photo
