Paris has always been considered the capital of art. Art is a universal language known to bring people from different cultural backgrounds together.

On a reporting trip to "Celebrate China @ 70" organized by the Bureau of News and Communications of Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) and the Chinese Ministry of Culture and Tourism, CGTN spoke with local artists in Paris and overseas Chinese, to find out how the two countries communicate through culture.

To mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC), we also asked them to send a message to China and its people. Watch the video to hear these voices from Paris.
