The White House has added 28 Chinese entities to its trade blacklist. The addition, which comes ahead of high level trade talks between the U.S. and China on Thursday, targets 20 Chinese public security bureaus and eight firms. The action also comes before a key October 15 deadline for increased tariffs on Chinese products.
