Broadcast center for 2019 Military World Games unveiled in China's Wuhan

The 10-day count down to the 7th International Military Sports Council (CISM) Military World Games began on Tuesday with the unveiling ceremony of the International TV and Broadcasting Signal Dispatching Center, for the much-anticipated event in Wuhan in China's Hubei Province.

The main Media Center of the Games has four floors above ground and two floors underground with a total area of 21,000 square meters. The main Press Center is located on the first and second floors, and the International TV and Broadcasting Signal Dispatching Center is on the third and fourth floors.

The former mainly serves reporters and photographers, and the latter TV media. The Games will get underway from October 18th and will come to a close on 27th.

There will be 23 CISM Disciplines and one demonstration sport, tennis. For the first time in the Games history, track and field and archery events will be staged for para athletes. There will also be boxing competitions for female military boxers for the first time.
