Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi enjoyed performances at the Shore Temple complex in the Indian town of Mamallapuram on Friday.

The two leaders attended the cultural event featuring traditional Indian dances and music after visiting some ancient monuments in the area, including Arjuna's Penance and the Shore Temple. Group of Monuments at Mamallapuram is listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This was the second informal meeting between Xi and Modi. Previously, the two leaders had met in Wuhan, capital of central China's Hubei Province, in April 2018.
