'Nang': A closer look at the unique Uygur food

"Nang" is a kind of baked bread, an essential and unique Uyghur food. It has been around for more than 1,400 years. Nang is made from flour, sesame, onion, eggs, milk, salt, sugar, and other condiments. At present, there are more than 50 kinds of it. Nang is now baked in an oven called tonnir. Freshly baked Nang is crispy and tasty.
