Over 60 experts and scholars from 18 countries and international organizations attended an international seminar on anti-terrorism, de-radicalization and human rights protection, from September 4 to 6, in Urumqi, capital of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Scholars from France, India, Turkey, and Afghanistan shared their views with CGTN on counter-terrorism measures and human rights in China.
