Colonel Hervé Piccirillo, President of the International Military Sports Council (IMSC), delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the 7th CISM Military World Games in central China's city of Wuhan on October 18, 2019. He said in this uncertain world, the Games sends a message of fraternity, solidarity, tolerance and friendship to the whole world together and will mark the history of international military sports.
