13 killed, 13 missing as dam collapses in Russia's Krasnoyarsk region

At least 13 people were killed and 14 others injured following a dam breach at a gold mine in Russia's Krasnoyarsk region on Friday night, according to local authorities.
Three of the wounded are in serious condition.
Thirteen people remain unaccounted for. The rescue efforts are underway.
