If you are tea-drinker, and have been drinking it on a daily basis, then you have been doing your brain a huge favor. The much-loved, all-weather beverage is already known for its health benefits but now, a team of researchers at the National University of Singapore have found that regular tea drinking can help reduce brain deterioration during old age.

We spoke to one of the researchers involved in the study, Assistant Professor Feng Lei, to understand more about the findings.
