On day two of the 7th CISM Military World Games in Wuhan, China dominated the lifesaving and swimming competitions and nailed 11 golds. 

In the swimming event, home athletes clinched six golds along with three silvers and one bronze, with a powerful women performance in particular. Suo Ran, Zhang Yufei, and Yang Junxuan won the champions of women's 50m breaststroke, women's 100m butterfly and women's 200m freestyle, respectively. Team China claimed the title of women's 4x100m freestyle relay. Also, Chinese male swimmers Ji Xinjie and Wang Shun were crowned in the 800m freestyle and 200m individual medley. 

In lifesaving, Chinese athletes won five out of six gold medals. Both the Chinese men and women teams claimed the 4x50m obstacle relay titles. Niu Yujie and Dai Xiaodie, respectively, won gold in the men's and women's 200m super lifesaver. Wu Huimin also won the champion of women's 50m manikin carry. 

Chinese Zhao Xisha claimed gold in the Individual Female Cycling Road Race with a time of 2:02:53. Together with teammates Liang Hongyu, Pu Yixian, and Sun Jiajun, Zhao won a second gold in women's road race, this time as a group. Also, home athletes nailed medals in events for shooting, judo and fencing.
