China's Foreign Ministry responded to last week's revelation that Peter Navarro, a trade adviser to U.S. President Donald Trump, had invented an anti-China economist he cited in his books. A foreign ministry spokesman said it's "dangerous" for the U.S. to make policy based on lies.
