The world's first captive-bred panda cub born in 2019 was adopted by a Chinese food company on Monday in Chengdu, capital of southwest China's Sichuan Province.
The female panda cub, Ji Xiao, was born on June 5 at Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding and greeted the public three months later, winning a lot of affection from visitors for her distinctive grey fur.
Ji Xiao loves sleeping and is well known for a variety of cute sleeping postures and eating moments. It will live a happy life without worrying about diet after Jiangzhong Food Therapy joined its breeding program.
