Thousands of Hong Kong protesters staged an illegal march throughout Kowloon district on October 20. Protesters blocked a road, set fire at an MTR station and hurled petrol bombs towards a police station. Derek Armstrong Chan, Deputy Chief Fire Officer of Hong Kong Fire Services Department (FSD), strongly condemned the actions of protesters. Chan also clarified that no police officers boarded fire engines or ambulances to carry out disperse operations.
