China, in pursuing the principle of a shared destiny, employs win-win solutions. As a participant in, builder of, and contributor to the current international system of governance, Chinese diplomacy is making rapid progress. From the renminbi being included in the International Monetary Fund's special drawing rights basket, to fields such as outer space, the Internet, the deep sea, the polar regions, and climate change, the country is participating actively in the creation of international rules and regulations. In all this, it is acting as a positive force in peaceful global development.

Simultaneously, the CPC is working continuously to strengthen its dialogue with other ruling parties around the world.
