The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative said it will establish a tariff exclusion process involving 300 billion U.S. dollars worth of Chinese goods. A notice published by the office said interested U.S. parties must submit requests for exclusions between October 31, 2019, and January 31, 2020. The office will evaluate the requests, taking into account the reason for the exclusion.
