Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro is on his first state visit to China. He was greeted with a welcome ceremony in Beijing. In a meeting with the visiting Brazilian President, Chinese President Xi Jinping said China is willing to import more Brazilian products, and do more in areas including agriculture, energy and infrastructure. For his part, President Bolsonaro said he hopes the two sides can expand trade and investment. He also said Brazil will open up its market and welcome Chinese companies to take part in building the country's infrastructure.
