China continued its gold medal reaping journey at the Military World Games as its women's basketball team beat Brazil in the final 93-65 to win title of the tournament.

Brazil was not a stranger to China because the two teams played against each other on Thursday and the host won 64-47.

China dominated the game from the beginning thanks to the bigger size and better fundamental skills of its players. Having finished the first quarter, China already led 32-16.

In order to narrow down the score difference, Brazilian players began to close in round the paint. Whenever Chinese players were within the 3-point line with the ball, they would meet defense of double or even triple teaming. In offense, Brazil increased 3-point shooting and tried to speed up the game.

However, the above efforts proved to be futile. Thanks to their solid fundamental techniques, Chinese players were always able to pass the ball to open teammate against double teaming. Meanwhile, tussling with stronger Chinese opponents consumed too much strength of Brazilian players, making them continuously miss shots.

After the first half, China's lead of 49-26 and the 23 percent of field goal rate of Brazil both told that the game was a foregone conclusion.

In the end, China claimed a big win in women's basketball final at MWG and another gold medal.
