Col. Dorah Mamby Koita, Secretary General of the International Military Sports Council, presented the Fair Play Award to Col. Bertrand Gebuhrer, chief of the French delegation during the closing ceremonies of the World Military Games Sunday. The award is presented in recognition of sportsmanship, fair play and contributions to promoting the ideals and values of CISM.
