As the season for migrant birds to travel south comes, hundreds of migrant birds recently stopped at the Zhangye Heihe Wetland National Nature Reserve in northwest China. With gestures of resting, foraging, and soaring, the migrant birds, including egrets, swans, and ducks, together created a beautiful autumn painting with the local environment.
The Heihe Wetland National Nature Reserve covers an area of 41,165 hectares and is famous for its rich animal and plant resources. The good environment enables the migrant birds to take a rest before they take off again for the south.
