NASA's Curiosity space rover took a break from trying to find Martian life to take a selfie on Mars. The selfie, taken on October 11, 2019, on the 2,553rd day of its mission, marks the first time the robot has conducted a chemical experiment in the clay-rich Glen Etive crater. /VCG Photo
