"The Writing on the Wall," a traveling installation made up of essays, poems, letters, drawings and notes by people in prison around the world, arrived in New York on Thursday. The installation, which will run from October 31 to November 10 in New York's Highline Park, is a collaboration between artist Hank Willis Thomas and Dr. Baz Dreisinger, the founder of the Prison-to-College Pipeline program at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
