At least 13 people were killed in the Syrian town of Tel Abyad on Turkey's border in an explosion in a market on Saturday, according to AFP citing Turkey's defense ministry.
Local media said civilians including women and children were among the victims and warned that the toll could further rise.
Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said around 20 people have also been injured.
Turkey has blamed Kurdish fighters for the attack though no group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
