Chinese Premier Li Keqiang is in Uzbekistan for a Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting. Established in 2001 and consisting of eight member states, four observer states and six partner states from around Asia, the SCO saw the total trade between China and other member states reach 255 billion U.S. dollars in 2018, up over 17 percent year-on-year.
