Chinese President Xi Jinping went on an inspection tour of east China's Shanghai Municipality on Saturday to learn about the planning and construction of urban public spaces. In the afternoon, Xi visited the Yangshupu water plant in the Yangpu Binjiang Public Space. Xi said that the city should become a paradise for its people.
