Chinese Premier Li Keqiang returned to Beijing on Tuesday after attending the 18th meeting of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the Uzbek capital Tashkent, paying an official visit to Uzbekistan, attending a series of leaders' meetings on East Asian cooperation and paying an official visit to Thailand.
