Chinese President Xi Jinping has said China's opening-up is all-dimensional and all-round, and the country is making an effort to form a new pattern of all-round opening-up.
Xi made the remarks when delivering a keynote speech during the opening ceremony of the second China International Import Expo in Shanghai on Tuesday.
