During the opening ceremony of the second China International Import Expo, Chinese President Xi Jinping suggested the world should work together to build an open world economy with innovation. Xi said that the least desirable option is for the world to stifle the flow of knowledge, or to create or even widen the technology divide among countries.  CGTN spoke with the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Armenia on how equilibrium can be achieved between small countries like Armenia and countries with huge markets like China.
