Vietnam's foreign ministry holds a news conference and comment on the deaths of 39 people found in a truck in Essex, UK. The 39 victims - 31 men and eight women - have yet to be identified but Vietnam has said it was trying to accelerate the process.

On November 1, Essex police identified some of the victims and believe the 39 victims are all Vietnamese nationals.
