A flock of silver pheasants is found frolicking in the mountain in Yongtai County, southeast China's Fujian Province.

With its beautiful white plumage and elegant long tail, the silver pheasant, or Lophura nycthemera, has been nicknamed the "forest fairy."

It is now under China's second-class state protection.
