Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Brazilian counterpart Jair Bolsonaro are attending a ceremony for the exchange of signed documents between the two countries in Brazil. At the invitation of President Bolsonaro, Xi will attend the 11th BRICS summit in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil.
