HK official announces closure of all schools on Nov. 14

A Hong Kong official said all schools will be closed starting November 14 for transport and safety reasons. The announcement, from the city's education bureau, comes after a night of chaos in several of Hong Kong's university campuses. Some students have even been advised to evacuate.
