Number of captive pandas worldwide rises to 600

The number of captive pandas worldwide has risen to 600, an increase of 52 compared to 2018. The population increase marks a growth rate of 9.31%, showcasing that a healthy, dynamic and sustainable captive panda population has taken shape. To be specific, a total of 60 captive panda cubs were born, of which 57 survived this year.
