The leaders of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa are meeting in Brasilia for the 11th annual BRICS summit, which is titled "Economic Growth for an Innovative Future." The summit brings together five major developing economies that make up 23 percent of global GDP and account for 42 percent of the world's population.
