A young man in black died after falling from a building in Kwai Chung on November 13, 2019, Hong Kong police said. Although the circumstances surrounding the death still remain unclear, some rumors have spread online saying the death was caused by the police. Kerry Facilities Management Services Ltd. has released the CCTV footage recently, showing the man entering the building alone.
