Chinese President Xi Jinping, Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and South African President Cyril Ramaphosa attend the BRICS leaders' dialogue with the BRICS Business Council and the New Development Bank.

The BRICS Business Council was established to promote and strengthen business, trade and investment ties among the business communities of the five BRICS countries, and to ensure that there is regular dialogue between their business communities and governments. It also identifies problems and bottlenecks to ensure greater economic, trade and investment ties among the BRICS countries and recommends solutions accordingly.

The New Development Bank is a multilateral development bank established by the BRICS countries. Its purpose is to support public or private projects through loans, guarantees, equity participation and other financial instruments. It also cooperates with international organizations and other financial entities and provides technical assistance for projects to be supported by the bank.
