Hong Kong Legislative Council (LegCo) Member Cheung Kwok-Kwan agrees with Chinese President Xi Jinping's remarks that stopping violence and restoring order are the most pressing tasks for Hong Kong. Xi also said the continued violence has severely damaged Hong Kong's justice system and social order, prosperity and stability.
