They discussed the implementation of a communique on the nation's system of governance issued at the end of October by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Gathering elites from many fields, it aims to provide a platform for participants to discuss the latest decisions made by the CPC Central Committee, while also contributing its own wisdom to the country's future development.
