Just after celebrating his fourth birthday in Washington's National Zoo, giant panda Bei Bei will head off to China next week on November 19.  It's part of an agreement between Beijing and Washington, and is the latest in a long tradition of "panda diplomacy." Before his departure, the American fans who have grown to love him say goodbye to their favorite giant panda.
