HKSAR Chief Executive Carrie Lam commented on protesters in the city occupying university campuses and expressed concern that academic institutions are being turned into "weapon factories" and training grounds for rioters. "Some principals have told me that most of their universities are out of control. It is horrifying what is happening there," Lam said.
