Baby spider monkey makes public debut in Czech zoo
CGTN

A baby spider monkey is held by its mother as it makes its public debut at the Decin Zoo in Decin, Czech Republic, November 19, 2019.

Spider monkeys are naturally found in tropical forests of Central and South America. They have very long and lanky limbs that make them look like spiders on trees, thus the name "spider monkey."

They are an essential part of the tropical rainforest ecosystem because they play a key role in seed dispersal.
