A foreigner on Friday was arrested at Hong Kong International Airport on suspicion of possessing unlicensed ammunition after police received a report that the airport found seven suspected shells in the foreigner's baggage, according to the Hong Kong police.
Police seized the seven suspected shell casings for further investigation.
