Foreign ministers of Japan and South Korea have met on the sidelines of the G20 event and agreed to hold a summit in December. This comes just a day after Seoul decided to conditionally extend an intelligence-sharing pact with Tokyo which it had said would withdraw from amid tensions over wartime history and trade.
