Henry Tang Ying-yen, former chief secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region (HKSAR), called on Hong Kong people to end the violence, curb the chaos and restore order and rational dialogue on Sunday. He was speaking near a polling station after casting his vote in district elections.
