Voting for the 2019 District Council Ordinary Elections in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) is underway. The polling stationed opened at 7:30 a.m. local time and will be closed at 10:30 p.m. local time.
As of 1:30 p.m. local time on Sunday, over 1.52 million people have cast their ballots, surpassing the total number in the last district council elections in 2015 during the same time period.
