The creation of culture could be inseparable from the development of technology. The event also features innovative technology and creative teaching courses, for example, there is an artificial intelligence system brought by a team from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, which can imitate famous artists' productions after 14 months of deep learning. Zhang Weimin, the chief curator of the exhibition said, "The creativity of a city requires the gathering of first-class innovative talents, the prosperity of industries and the cultivation of professionals."

The Yangtze River Delta is one of China's most international regions with the highest-level opening-up and the strongest innovation capability. According to Xinhua News Agency, this region takes up only one twenty-sixth of China's territory and one-sixth of its population but creates almost one-fourth of the country's GDP.
